Q : How long will it take to get my event products?

The normal lead time is about three weeks once we receive your approved artwork.

Q : Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You select the product and quantity you need.

Q : How do your products hold up outdoors?
A :
Our products are specifically designed for outdoor use. We use UV resistant fabrics and inks along with the most advanced digital printing technology. The banner material is easy to clean. Stakes and weighted bases give you added stability in windy conditions. Our Bowflag and Feather Banners employ a ball bearing system that keeps the unit moving 360 degrees with the wind instead of fighting it like a traditional flag. Q : Do you have shipping cases?

Most products come with an individual soft sided carry bag for transport and storage. A variety of hard sided shipping cases are also available for purchase.

Q : Can you ship to multiple locations?

We can ship to any location worldwide.

Q : Are they as easy to set up as you say?

Yes. Most products can be set up in a few minutes by one person. We recommend that two people set up the tent and canopy products.

Q : How long will they last?

With proper care, you can expect your products to last for many years. Products are produced using high quality fabrics and inks and treated with a UV coating. Most of our products feature separate fabric and hardware components making fabric replacement an easy and inexpensive alternative to purchasing new replacement products. Q : We have a logo, can you help with design?

Yes. VMP has a graphic design department that will assist you create dynamic attractive designs. If you prefer, we will provide your designers with appropriate related product templates and guidelines.
